Pastor Dale Cope received his education from Michigan State University and Bethel Theological Seminary. Before arriving at Stanchfield in 1985, Pastor Dale served as a youth pastor, nursing home chaplain, and senior pastor of Trade Lake Baptist Church in Wisconsin. His wife, Judi is a registered nurse. They have two sons.

Isaac Dunnick is a third year graduate of Life Christian University with an Advance Degree in Theology. He studied music and recording at Greenville College in IL, and is currently pursuing his Bachelors Degree Worship and Pastoral Ministry. Before coming to SBC in 2005 Isaac served in church youth ministry. He has been involved in worship bands since age 13 and continues to enjoy learning to play instruments as well as lead people in worship. He is married to Harmony, and they have 3 daughters.
