MEET THE STAFF

Pastor David Melin is now serving as the interim pastor at Stanchfield Baptist Church. He and his wife Karen have been married for 44 years and have four adult children and eight wonderful grandchildren. They live in Rush City where he served as a pastor for 22 years before retiring from the full-time pastorate at the end of 2020. He recently completed four years as the interim pastor at Hillman Baptist Church in the Mora area. He serves as a teaching missionary with Kontaktmission and makes four teaching trips each year to teach pastors in the countries of Ukraine and Mexico. He also works as a transfer care specialist with the Olson and Swanson Funeral Chapels in Rush City and Pine City.
